Jomast have issued a statement, referring to the development as being “aspirational and prestigious” which is ideal for families, for young professionals and for older generations with an affluent or inspirational lifestyle. The development is set to offer community, sporting and leisure facilities, with the company stating;
“The scheme will provide community facilities and luxury places to live within a richly landscaped setting, surrounded by the historic Wynyard parkland to the west and golf course to the east.”
Something which catch the attention of locals, or people familiar with Wynard’s facilities is the news the Championship Golf course at Wynyard Golf Club is set to be upgraded. Changes will be made to the 16th, 17th and 18th holes with new landscaping features and extended water features part of the planned upgrades.
Other benefits to golfers and club users include gardens and natural areas while amenity green space will also see improvements. For those who don’t necessarily use the club but who are active in the local changes, improvements to cycle, pedestrian and vehicle links are of interest.
