We create a bespoke marketing plan (IMP) for each property detailing the steps that we believe are necessary to sell your property at the best price and in the timescales you want.

From our initial seller’s pack (which ensures that you are compliant with the Consumer Protection Regulation 2008), open house events, social media campaigns, aerial photography or virtual tours. Finding the right buyer is so much more than listing your property on the internet; it’s about understanding the buyers that will be attracted and ensuring that we engage with the media channels most used by those buyers.
