Our Fees
One clear fee. Everything you need to sell well.
Our fee for selling your home is 1.4% of the sale price including VAT, with a minimum fee of £3,600 including VAT. It covers everything from your first appraisal through to completion, and you pay nothing unless we sell.
Our fee at a glance
Straightforward terms, set out in full before you instruct us.
Fee: 1.4% of the agreed sale price including VAT.
Minimum fee: £3,600 including VAT.
When you pay: on completion only. No sale, no fee.
Agreement: 16 weeks' sole agency, then continuing on a rolling basis that either of us can end with two weeks' written notice.
Where it applies: the same fee across Darlington, Wynyard and Barnard Castle, and throughout the wider County Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire area.
For example, on a sale at £500,000 our fee would be £7,000 including VAT.

Viewings, negotiation and your sale
Accompanied viewings by our team, buyer qualification and anti-money laundering checks, feedback after every viewing and negotiation on your behalf. A legal pack prepared from the outset, and full sales progression through to completion, including coordinating surveyors, mortgage valuers and contractors.
