Although Darlington has experienced an increase in house prices this month, it remains below the UK average. The typical property value in the UK was £287,506 in February, which is higher than the property values in Darlington. In February 2023, the average house price in the UK rose to £15,052 compared to the previous year, with an overall growth rate of 5.5 per cent. However, there was a slight decrease of -1.0 per cent in house prices compared to the previous month.
