It’s the only Darlington property listed at more than one million pounds in this search. There were 202 detached properties listed for sale, 183 semi-detached homes, 166 terraced properties and 80 flats.
There were also 31 bungalows listed for sale, 3 plots of land and 2 park homes.
This is a good spread of properties and while detached homes were the most prominent option in the Darlington market at the start of the month, there was a strong number of all property types.
